Membership

GR owners will receive an email invite to activate their membership. If you haven’t, register your vehicle with myToyota first to verify ownership. Current members will be emailed about membership renewal when a new Lap begins.

  • Why is the club only open to GR vehicle owners?

    To understand how we can better serve all performance car enthusiasts, membership to the GAZOO RACING CLUB is currently only open to GR Yaris and GR Supra owners. While we’re in this phase, GR Yaris and GR Supra owners will help us shape the future experience for all other members to come. If you’re not a GR vehicle owner, you can still sign up to receive exclusive news, content and updates to membership eligibility.

  • How long is the membership?

    GAZOO RACING CLUB will be based on a yearly membership that will have to be renewed every calendar year at a designated time. Members will be notified via email to update their membership.

  • Do I have to pay a membership fee to join?

    Membership is currently free for eligible GR vehicle owners.

  • How do I register for Lap 2 of membership?

    Eligible members have been sent an email with information regarding their registration.

  • I'm a new member from Feb 2022. When will I receive a Welcome Pack?

    Unfortunately all the available Welcome Packs have already been allocated to earlier members. As a new member in 2022, you'll be welcomed with a new memorabilia and merchandise experience. Keep an eye on your inbox.

  • I haven't received an email inviting me to the GAZOO RACING CLUB.

    After the purchase of a GR vehicle, an eligible member will receive an email invitation to the GAZOO RACING CLUB within 72 hours. If you haven’t received the email invitation, please ensure to register your vehicle with myToyota first to verify your ownership. Or if you have previously opted out of Toyota communications, please update your preferences via myToyota. Alternatively call the Guest Experience Centre on 1800 869 682.

  • What happens to my membership if I sell my GR Yaris / GR Supra?

    Once the vehicle has been purchased and the new owner has registered for the club, your membership will automatically be retired from the club.

  • I'm still waiting on my vehicle to arrive. Can I join now?

    You will be able to activate your membership once you receive your vehicle and register it with myToyota. Simply fill in the specified details and add the vehicle to your myToyota garage. You will then receive a membership invite via email 72 hours later.

  • I'm a second-hand owner of a GR Yaris and/or GR Supra. How do I join?

    If you are a second-hand owner of a GR Yaris or GR Supra, the best way to get your membership invite is to sign up to myToyota and add your vehicle to your garage. You must verify your ownership using your batch number or by sending their registration certificate back to Toyota Australia. Alternatively, you can call the Guest Experience Centre on 1800 869 682 and update your vehicle ownership. You will then receive a membership invite via email 72 hours after verification.

  • How do I access my 8c Ampol Fuel offer on premium fuel?

    GAZOO RACING CLUB members have an offer limited to 8c/litre premium fuel discount in one transaction per 24-hour period. The offer is available on Vortex Premium 95, Vortex Premium 98, or Vortex Diesel up to 150 litres at participating Ampol service stations only. List of participating locations are available here. Offer Details

The Offer is subject to the terms and conditions (Terms) imposed respectively by Toyota Motor Corporations Australia Limited (Toyota), Ampol Australia (Ampol) which are subject to change at any time without notice.

Toyota, Ampol reserve the right to refuse to provide the Offer to an individual if, in either of their reasonable opinions, they cannot verify that the individual is eligible to receive the Offer or believe the individual has engaged in fraudulent activity or is otherwise in breach of the Terms.

8c/Litre Ampol Fuel Offer

  1. Offer is limited to a discount of 8 cents per litre off eligible fuel purchased in one transaction at participating Ampol locations found here. Eligible fuels include Premium 95, Premium 98 and Premium Diesel.
  2. Offer is limited to one transaction per GAZOO RACING Toyota vehicle that is added in a registered myToyota account per 24-hour period from the time of the last transaction.
  3. Offer will be activated within 48 hours from the date of receiving an email from Toyota Australia to confirm their membership with GAZOO RACING CLUB.
  4. The Offer cannot be redeemed for cash.
  5. Not available in conjunction with any other fuel offer.
  6. Offer will expire 365 days from the date of activation.

Eligibility

8c/Litre Ampol Fuel Offer

  1. To be eligible for the Offer, you must be a myToyota member, i.e. have an active myToyota account with your updated and correct contact details.
  2. Offer is limited to GAZOO RACING CLUB active members, i.e. have completed registration via email invitation from Toyota Australia.

Redemption of Offer

8c/Litre Ampol Fuel Offer
Once you have complete registered to the GAZOO RACING CLUB via email invitation from Toyota Australia, you will receive a confirmation email to advise that this offer will be active in your myToyota account within 48 hrs.
Then:

  1. Locate your nearest participating Ampol location. Participating Ampol locations can be found here.
  2. Fill up your vehicle at a participating Ampol location.
  3. When in store, open the myToyota application on your smartphone or other device.
  4. In the Rewards section of the application select Offer.
  5. Select Get Code to access your unique Code.
  6. Present your Code at the participating Ampol register at time of payment and the discount will be applied. Payment to be made by standard payment methods (cash, debit or credit card). Customers cannot pay using Pay@Pump, FuelPay® or StarCard or StarCard Debit.
  7. When prompted you can enter your odometer range in the myToyota application.

  2. Vehicles purchased under the Employee & Family vehicle scheme are not eligible for this offer.

Toyota does not warrant that the information contained in or accessible through the myToyota application is accurate, suitable for your purposes or without errors, omissions or viruses nor does Toyota guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Toyota Website.
  4. Ampol does not guarantee that the availability of the redemption mechanisms at the participating Ampol locations will be continuous, uninterrupted or error free and accepts no responsibility for any failure of customers to be able to redeem the Offer.
  5. You acknowledge that access and use of the myToyota application and redemption of the Offer (including the software operating in connection with the myToyota application and the in-store app redemption mechanism) may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of Toyota and Ampol's control. Toyota does not warrant the accuracy of any advice, opinion, statement, representation or other information displayed on or accessible through the myToyota application.
  6. Nothing in these Terms, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify Toyota’s liability in relation to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Non-Excludable Guarantees Liability).
  7. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees Liability, Toyota (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Offer including but not limited to (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Toyota’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation stated in these Terms and Conditions; (d) any tax liability incurred.
  8. Except for the Non-Excludable Guarantees Liability, Toyota makes no representations or warranties in respect of the information and materials available on the myToyota application or the means of accessing that information and material (including the software operating in connection with the myToyota application).
  9. Toyota is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, communication network, equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise, any injury or damage guests’ or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials. If the Offer is not capable of being conducted due to circumstances beyond Toyota’s and/or Ampol’ control, including due to any technical or communications problems or if an event corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Offer, Toyota reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Offer.
  10. Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are up to date and accurate within myToyota app. Toyota will not be responsible for any correspondence or offer which is unable to be delivered due to incorrect contact details within the myToyota. It is the responsibility of the participants to monitor their email inbox include junk or spam mail and to ensure that the email domain ‘@Toyota.com.au’ is added safe sender list.
  11. To the extent permitted by law, Toyota makes no warranty or representation and accepts no responsibility for any websites operated or controlled by entities other than Toyota which are or may become linked or framed to or from the Toyota Website.

Limitation of Liability

  1. You agree that neither Toyota nor Ampol is liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damages (including direct, indirect, special or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with the use of the myToyota application, or redemption of the Offer, the use by Toyota or Ampol of information provided by you to Toyota through the myToyota application, any such loss or damage which may arise should you be unable to access the myToyota application, for whatever reason and however arising, including negligence.
  2. To the extent that Toyota and Ampol are able to limit the remedies available under these Terms, they expressly limit their liability for breach of a condition or warranty implied by virtue of any legislation to the following remedies (the choice of which is to be at Toyota and Ampol's sole discretion).
  3. You indemnify Toyota and Ampol against any action, liability, claim, loss, damage, proceeding, expense (including legal costs) suffered or incurred by us, arising from, or which is directly or indirectly, related to:
    • your breach or non-observance of any term of these conditions of use; or
    • any breach or inaccuracy in any of your representations or warranties.
